By accessing or using Nabraty ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paying subscribers.
Nabraty is an English language coaching platform designed for Gulf and Arabic-speaking professionals. It allows users to record spoken answers to workplace and interview scenarios and receive AI-generated feedback on grammar, pronunciation, structure, and professional tone.
Nabraty is an educational tool. It does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or language proficiency certification.
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Nabraty offers a limited free trial that allows non-registered users to practise without an account. The free trial is subject to usage limits to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.
Nabraty offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until the period ends.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
In addition to subscriptions, individual content tracks may be available for one-time purchase. These are non-subscription purchases that grant permanent access to the purchased track under your account. Per-track purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

The Service requires access to your device's microphone to function. By granting microphone access, you consent to your audio being transmitted to our servers for processing. Audio is used solely to generate coaching feedback and is not permanently stored. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
All content on Nabraty — including scenarios, feedback text, UI design, coaching frameworks, and brand assets — is owned by Nabraty and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any audio you record. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your audio solely for the purpose of generating feedback.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nabraty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of earnings, or reliance on AI-generated feedback.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
The Service integrates third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication), Microsoft Azure (speech processing), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes to paying subscribers.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
